Product Description:

Composition: Selected high-molecular-weight fatty acid ester emulsion

Appearance: White flakes

Density: 1.25-1.50g / cm³(20℃)

Melting point: 55-65℃

Applications:CUREKIND 55P has excellent thermal stability and low volatility at high temperatures, as well as good demolding and flow properties. It is used as a plasticizer and lubricant in the rubber industry, and is particularly suitable for working conditions that require both thermal stability and excellent demolding performance. It acts as a peptizing and lubricating agent during rubber mastication; it is an excellent filler and chemical dispersant. It can improve the plasticity of raw rubber, enhance flow performance, increase injection speed and injection volume, making the surface of injection and calendered products such as sealed products and molded sheets smooth and flat, without affecting vulcanization characteristics.

Usage Method: It can be mixed on open mills and internal mixers. It is recommended to add it together with fillers. To prevent sticking to the rolls, it can also be added at the initial stage of mixing, but it must be added slowly in batches to ensure that the rolls do not lose contact with the material, otherwise mixing will be difficult.

Dosage: It is used for various molded and extruded products, especially for AU, CO, ECO and FPM molded and extruded products. It reduces the viscosity of rubber compounds, reduces adhesion to mixing equipment, and helps demold vulcanized rubber.

NR, IR, SBR, BR, EPDM, CR, ACM: 2-5 phr BIIR, CIIR, IIR, CO/ECO, CSM, EPM: 2-5 phr NBR: 2-4 phr
