Features and Applications

Actmix ZDMA-70GE is used as a crosslinking aid in peroxide vulcanization systems. It can shorten the optimum vulcanization time, significantly improve the vulcanization efficiency and crosslink density of vulcanized rubber, and also enhance the bonding performance with metals. When used as a rubber reinforcing agent, it can significantly improve the modulus, flexural performance and tear resistance of vulcanized products. It can also be used in rubber sulfur vulcanization systems to improve the tensile strength of rubber compounds and enhance flexural performance. In terms of processability, Actmix ZDMA-70GE uses a carrier and dispersant with excellent compatibility, which allows it to disperse quickly in rubber, solving the problem of poor dispersion of powdered ZDMA.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 3.0-25.0phr according to different applications.
Applications: EPDM hoses and belts vulcanized with peroxide, high-temperature and high-pressure nitrile rubber sealing products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
