Features and Applications

Actmix TAIC-40GE is an isocyanate-based pre-dispersed rubber coupling agent, commonly used as a vulcanizing agent for special rubbers. It features strong water absorption, toxicity and excellent adhesive performance, and is suitable for bonding rubber with metal, fiber, glass, wood, leather and other materials. As a multifunctional olefin monomer containing aromatic heterocycles, it is also widely used in various thermoplastics, ion exchange resins, modifiers and co-vulcanizing agents for special rubbers, as well as intermediates for photocurable coatings, photosensitive resists, flame retardants and other products. It is a widely used auxiliary agent for new polymer materials.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-5 phr.
Applications: Ethylene propylene rubber, fluororubber, polyethylene/EVA, cross-linked cables and high and low foaming polyethylene products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25kg per carton, 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is one year.
