Features and Applications

Actmix TAC-40GE can be used as an auxiliary crosslinking agent for the reaction between macromolecular free radicals formed during the peroxide vulcanization of rubber and allyl groups, thereby providing additional reactive crosslinking points for the system and ultimately increasing the crosslinking density. As an auxiliary crosslinking agent for special rubbers such as ethylene propylene rubber and CPE, when used in combination with DCP, it can significantly shorten the vulcanization time and improve strength, wear resistance and other properties. Actmix TAC-40GE has no significant impact on the storage stability and processing safety of the compounded rubber.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1.5-5.0 phr.
Applications: Suitable for extrusion or molding products of rubbers such as EPDM, EPM, NBR, CM, such as seals, sleeves, cables and various profiles.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
