Features and Applications

Antioxidant Actmix KL-70GE is a masterbatch of butylated polyphenol of p-cresol and dicyclopentadiene pre-dispersed in EPDM. It is suitable for synthetic and natural polymer products such as NR, NBR, BR, EPDM and so on. Antioxidant Actmix KL-70GE provides maximum protection during the processing, storage and application of rubber products, preventing degradation and discoloration, helping to extend the service life of products and reduce the service life cost. It also retains the brittleness and viscosity required for specific applications. Antioxidant Actmix KL-70GE can prevent discoloration and aging of products, as well as improve heat resistance and flex crack resistance; it has the effect of preventing blooming in high summer temperatures, does not cause sulfur blooming, and has no impact on vulcanization speed, plasticity of rubber compound and physical and mechanical properties of vulcanizate.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1.0-2.0 phr.
Application: Suitable for rubber products made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
