Properties and Applications

PTFE-75GN is a functional pre-dispersed rubber agent, with excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance and low friction characteristics. It is widely used in rubber materials such as nitrile rubber, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and silicone rubber. It can endow the base material with excellent demolding performance, improve the wear resistance and chemical resistance of the material, and reduce the friction coefficient of the material surface.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: 0.5-5 phr depending on the application characteristics
Applications: Industrial products such as tires, conveyor belts, hoses, sealing rings, rubber rollers, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, the recommended shelf life is one year.
