Features and Applications

Actmix ACT-70GA is a promoter combining active amine and anti-scorching agent synergistically. It can replace xylylguanidine (DOTG) in ethylene acrylate rubber and acrylate rubber. Since organic amines are prone to scorching during mixing in ethylene acrylate rubber and acrylate rubber, the synergistic combination ACT-70 with anti-scorching agent can not only realize rapid vulcanization of rubber but also avoid scorching. The obtained rubber products exhibit good thermal aging resistance, low swelling property in engine oil and excellent compression set.

Detailed introduction

Dosage: ACM, 0.5-2 phr; AEM, 3-4 phr
Applications: Rubber products, such as sealing rings, hoses, O-rings, cables.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, 5kg aluminum foil packaging, 20kg per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
