Properties and Applications

Actmix DTPD-60 is a predispersed masterbatch of antioxidant DTPD (3100). The chemical name of DTPD (3100) is N,N'-Dimethylphenyl-p-phenylenediamine. It features ozone resistance and long protection duration, with flex cracking resistance similar to antioxidants 4010NA and 4020. It has high solubility in rubber, low blooming tendency, and the strongest metal poison resistance among p-phenylenediamine antioxidants, with excellent protective effects. It is particularly suitable for heavy-duty tires, off-road tires, various radial tires and bias tires under harsh service conditions. Actmix DTPD-60 is a staining antioxidant and is not suitable for light-colored rubber products.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: The general dosage is 2~6 phr.
Application: A high-efficiency antioxidant for the tire industry, and it can also be widely used in various rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
