Features and Applications

Actmix HMMM-50GE F140 reacts with methylene acceptors at vulcanization temperatures to achieve adhesion between rubber and skeleton materials. For example, it reacts with adhesives such as GLR-18 resin, RE adhesive and RS adhesive to form thermosetting resins. If the reaction occurs before vulcanization, the adhesion effect of this compounding system will be lost. It is a common practice to first prepare the rubber compound composed of rubber, fillers and methylene acceptors at a relatively high temperature, and then add it together with other compounding agents during the final mixing stage in the later period of rubber mixing.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: The recommended ratio is 3-5 phr of rubber adhesive Actmix HMMM-50GE F140, matched with 2-5 phr of H-80GE methylene acceptor.
Application: Used for adhesion between various rubbers and nylon, polyester, rayon, glass fiber and brass-plated or zinc-plated steel cords, and for manufacturing tires, conveyor belts, rubber hoses, rubber fabrics and other products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
