Features and Applications

Actmix MBI-80GE F140 is a pre-dispersed rubber antioxidant. It provides moderate protection against thermal-oxidative aging, weathering aging and static aging. It has low efficacy when used alone, and is often used in combination with other antioxidants such as 4010NA and RD to produce a synergistic effect. It is also a copper ion deactivator, slightly polluting, and can be used in transparent and light-colored rubber products. In addition, it has a retarding effect on acidic accelerators such as thiazoles, thiurams and dithiocarbamates, improving the processing safety and storage stability of rubber compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Various transparent, white and colored rubber products, fabric coatings, etc. Especially used for heat-resistant products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
