Features and applications

Actmix BAPP-50GA is a special curing agent for carboxyl-type ACM rubber. Its main component is 2,2-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane. The amino groups of its cross-linking groups are connected to electron-withdrawing benzene rings. Compared with the commonly used curing agent No.1 (HMDC), the amino hydrogen atoms of 2,2-bis[4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane have lower activity, which can slow down the cross-linking speed and provide better scorch resistance. It is more suitable for rapid extrusion and injection rubber products. Being prepared as pre-dispersed masterbatch makes it more convenient to weigh, store and transport, and improves its dispersibility in rubber.

Detailed introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 2-5phr.
Applications: Extruded products and injection molded products, such as profiles and seals.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
