Features and Applications

Actmix ZnO-80G is a common rubber vulcanization activator that disperses easily in rubber compounds. It is used in sulfur and efficient semi-efficient vulcanization systems, forming well-soluble complexes with accelerators to activate the accelerators and sulfur, improving vulcanization efficiency. It can also increase the crosslink density of vulcanized rubber, enhance its physical and mechanical properties, and improve the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber. In addition, it can improve the comprehensive performance of rubber compounds, reduce wear loss, and improve wear resistance. It has a high elastic modulus and low hysteresis loss. The retention rates of tensile strength and elongation at break of the rubber compound after hot air aging are significantly better than those of ordinary rubber compounds. When added to rubber products, it can improve product quality and stability while reducing product costs.

Dosage: Usually 3-10phr
Applications: Used in all rubber products, especially solid rubber for sealing strips and lightweight rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton, 1000kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life is two years.
