Properties and Applications

Actmix ZMBI-50GE is a pre-dispersed rubber antioxidant, mainly used in natural rubber, neoprene, EPDM, nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and others. Its function is similar to MBI, which can protect against oxidative aging, weather aging and static aging, and has the effect of decomposing peroxides. When used in combination with thiazole accelerators, it can prevent copper poisoning. The performance of rubber antioxidant ZMBI is weak when used alone, and its efficacy can be enhanced when used in combination with other antioxidants.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-4 phr.
Applications: Various transparent, white and colored rubber products, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
