Features and Applications

Actmix ZnO-80GE F140 is a common rubber vulcanization activator that disperses easily in rubber compounds. It is used in sulfur and efficient semi-efficient vulcanization systems, forms well-soluble complexes with accelerators, activates accelerators and sulfur, improves vulcanization efficiency, and can also increase the cross-linking density of vulcanized rubber and improve its physical and mechanical properties. In addition, it also has the effect of improving the aging resistance of vulcanized rubber, and has good anti-reversion properties in natural rubber. It can also be used in metal oxide vulcanization systems. When used alone, it has a fast vulcanization speed, and can achieve vulcanization effect when used in combination with magnesium oxide.

Dosage: Usually 3-8 phr
Applications: Used in almost all rubber products to improve static and dynamic mechanical properties.
