Features and Applications

Actmix PER-80GN can be used as a vulcanizing agent for chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber or a flame retardant for other rubbers. When used as a vulcanizing agent, similar to other polyol substances, its polyhydric alcohols react with the chlorosulfonyl groups of CSM to form a three-dimensional network structure; when used as a flame retardant, it is mainly used as a char-forming agent in intumescent flame retardants. Pentaerythritol is a high-melting-point crystal that is difficult to disperse evenly in rubber compounds. Actmix PER-80GN is prepared from high-mesh screened pentaerythritol powder, which ensures its dispersibility in rubber compounds and is more convenient for weighing and storage.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1.5-4.0phr.
Application: Chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber and other synthetic rubber compounds.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
