Features and Applications

Actmix CV-50 is a pre-dispersed alkyl phenol polysulfide vulcanization crosslinking agent made with rubber as the carrier. Alkyl phenol polysulfide contains active sulfur, which can vulcanize rubber when heated. The vulcanized rubber has no blooming, high tensile strength and excellent heat resistance, and can be used as a sulfur-donating vulcanizing agent for natural rubber or synthetic rubber products. At the same time, it has good tackifying effect between different polar rubbers, such as natural rubber, neoprene, butyl rubber and EPDM, and can also achieve co-vulcanization.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: The recommended addition amount is 2.0-10.0 phr.
Applications: Suitable for inner liner, sidewall, tread, triangle gum, gasket, conveyor belt, automotive rubber hose, shock absorption and other parts of tires.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
