Features and Applications

Actmix TCY-70GEO F140 is an effective vulcanizing agent for halogen-containing rubbers (such as CO, ECO, CIIR and BIIR), also a vulcanizing agent for ACM rubber, and a co-vulcanizing agent for NBR/PVC blended elastomers. The compounded rubber containing TCY is prone to scorching. To improve the storage stability of TCY-containing compounds, pre-dispersed anti-scorching agent CTP-80 can be added to the formula. In addition, TCY tends to increase the bonding strength between rubber and metal.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-3 phr.
Applications: Halogen-containing rubbers (such as CO, ECO, CIIR and BIIR), ACM rubber, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, the recommended shelf life is one year.
