Features and Applications

Actmix HMDC-70GA F200 is a pre-dispersed vulcanizing agent for special rubbers such as AEM, ACM and PU. It is prone to scorching during mixing, suitable for high-temperature and short-time vulcanization, and the vulcanized rubber has good anti-reversion property. It is also used as a synthetic rubber modifier and a vulcanization activator for natural rubber, butyl rubber, isoprene rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It is suitable for special rubber products, seals and other products that are resistant to high temperature and corrosion.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 1-5 phr.
Application: Suitable for high temperature and corrosion resistant special rubber products (AEM, ACM, PU), seals and other products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
