Features and Applications

Actmix HATA-50 is an environmentally friendly dithiophosphate rubber yellowing-resistant accelerator. It disperses easily in rubber compounds and is less likely to bloom. Due to its macromolecular structure, it will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during vulcanization. Its vulcanized rubber has good heat resistance and low compression set. Under aging conditions such as UV exposure, it prevents white rubber from yellowing, and has a stronger yellowing resistance effect compared with ordinary yellowing-resistant accelerators. It is suitable for white and light-colored rubber products, such as sneaker soles.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 2.0-5.0 phr.
Application: Used for white and light-colored rubber products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
