Features and Applications

TMU-75GE is a predispersed masterbatch of TMU, used as an accelerator for chloroprene rubber, with fast curing speed and good scorch resistance. It can replace the EU-banned accelerator ETU (NA22), and avoid its disadvantages of uneven dispersion in rubber and easy scorching. Using the TMU-75GE curing system can enable the compound to have a high degree of cross-linking and maintain high resilience of rubber, especially in high-temperature environments, it can endow the compound with excellent compression set resistance. Meanwhile, TMU-75GE has a strong ability to remove active chlorine in chloroprene rubber, thereby improving the heat resistance of the products. This product can also be used as a cross-linking agent for chlorohydrin rubber. Compared with powdered products, TMU-75GE is dust-free, easy to weigh, and can disperse quickly in rubber.

Dosage: CR: 0.50~1.25phr; CO, ECO, CM: 1.25~4.0phr.
Application: Mainly used for molded products of chloroprene rubber.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, the recommended shelf life is one year.
