Characteristics and Applications

Actmix PUR-75GE F140 is an environmentally friendly rubber vulcanization accelerator with short scorch time and slow vulcanization speed. It is commonly used in neoprene, chlorohydrin rubber and other rubbers, and can replace ETU, DETU, DPTU and other similar agents. When used together with metal oxides such as zinc oxide and magnesium oxide, it can achieve high cross-linking in a short time, enabling rapid vulcanization of rubber compounds while ensuring scorch safety, and improving the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber compounds. Due to its low promoting efficiency, it is rarely used in other diene rubbers except CR, CO and CPE compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0 phr.
Application: General accelerator for CR, CO and CPE, used in small amounts in EPDM.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
