Features and Applications

Actmix DPG-80GE is a medium-speed accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. It has a slow vulcanization initiation, good operational safety, and a slow vulcanization rate. It will cause slight discoloration and therefore cannot be used in light-colored products unless used as an activating agent. When used alone, the heat-oxygen aging resistance of its vulcanized rubber is poor (effective antioxidants are required). Actmix DPG-80GE can effectively activate thiol accelerators, and has no vulcanization acceleration effect on butyl rubber IIR and ethylene propylene rubber EPDM.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Main accelerator: 1-2 phr used together with 2.5-3.5 phr sulfur; Secondary accelerator: 0.1-0.25 phr used together with 0.75-1 phr thiol accelerator and 2.5 phr sulfur;
Applications: Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber sheets, shoe soles, industrial products, hard rubber products and thick-walled products. Not suitable for white or light-colored products and rubber products that come into contact with food.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended product shelf life is two years.
