Features and Applications

Actmix TE-75GE is a fast, eco-friendly rubber vulcanization accelerator. It features fast vulcanization speed and will not release carcinogenic nitrosamine compounds during vulcanization. It is generally not used alone, and can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators to reduce their dosage and prevent rubber compound blooming. The corresponding rubber compound also has excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance. Since its structure contains multiple sulfur atoms, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in vulcanization reactions, and is used in sulfur-free vulcanization and high-temperature rapid vulcanization to produce heat-resistant rubber compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as shock-absorbing parts like sealing strips, rubber hoses, and sheaths.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
