Features and Applications

Actmix TBTD-40 is an ultra-fast rubber vulcanization accelerator with rapid vulcanization speed. It is generally not used alone, and can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators. It can be used together with accelerator TMTD in sulfur-free compounded rubber compounds, and the obtained products have excellent aging resistance and heat resistance. It has the effect of an antioxidant in the mixed rubber, and can also improve the aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber. It does not bloom in rubber products, is basically non-polluting, and has excellent dispersion performance. It can be used to manufacture rubber shoes, rubber fabrics, inner tubes, rubber industrial products and so on.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0phr.
Applications: Rubber shoes, rubber fabrics, inner tubes, rubber industrial products.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
