Features and Applications

Actmix DPTT-70GE F140 is an ultra-fast rubber vulcanization accelerator with short scorch time, fast vulcanization speed and a tendency to scorch. It is generally not used alone, and can be used in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiazole accelerators to reduce its dosage and prevent rubber compound blooming. It also has excellent mechanical properties and aging resistance. Due to the multiple sulfur atoms in its structure, it can also be used as a vulcanizing agent to participate in vulcanization reactions, and is used in sulfur-free vulcanization and high-temperature rapid vulcanization to produce heat-resistant rubber compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-1.5 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as sealing strips, rubber hoses, protective sleeves, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
