Properties and Applications

Actmix TBSI-80GN is a primary amine-based accelerator that does not generate carcinogenic nitrosamines during vulcanization, and can replace the carcinogenic NOBS. Compared with secondary amine sulfenamides and NS, it has better scorch safety and slower vulcanization speed, shows good resistance to vulcanization reversion, has higher modulus and lower heat build-up, and can improve the adhesion between rubber and steel cord. The physical and mechanical properties and dynamic properties of the vulcanizates cured with Actmix TBSI-80 are similar to those of rubber cured with NOBS and DCBS. It can also be used alone to replace TBBS/CTP, providing good resistance to vulcanization reversion during high-temperature long-time vulcanization and the product service cycle. Actmix TBSI-80GN is non-toxic and pollution-free, does not dust, is easy to disperse, and is suitable for automatic weighing to ensure accurate measurement.

Dosage: Normally, the addition amount is 0.5-2.5 phr.
Application: Can be used as a delayed-action accelerator for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and reclaimed rubber.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
