Properties and Applications

Actmix MBTS-75GE F140 is a thiazole-based rubber vulcanization accelerator, featuring long scorch time, fast vulcanization speed and good processing safety. It is generally used in combination with dithiocarbamates, thiurams and other accelerators to achieve activation and secondary promotion effects. It has a long vulcanization plateau period, and the vulcanized rubber has good aging resistance. It has a bitter taste and is not suitable for the food industry; it is non-polluting and can be used for light-colored rubber products. It has delayed vulcanization and anti-scorch effects on CR, and can be used as an anti-scorch agent for CR, as well as a peptizer for NR.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, such as cable sheaths and insulating layers, hard rubber, etc.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place, and the recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
