Features and Applications

Actmix OTOS-80GE is suitable for general-purpose rubbers such as natural rubber, EPDM and SBR. It features long scorch time, high processing safety and fast curing speed. It can be used as a sulfur donor in both efficient and semi-efficient curing systems for high-temperature vulcanization. It has high activity when the temperature exceeds 149℃. When used in high-temperature vulcanization of natural rubber, it also has anti-reversion effect, and the resulting rubber products have excellent heat resistance. It can also be used in combination with thiuram accelerators to accelerate vulcanization. The resulting vulcanized rubber has excellent aging resistance and low compression set. It is widely used in rubber shock absorption products, rubber products with high heat resistance requirements and good dynamic compression deformation performance.

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2 phr.
Applications: Various rubber products, molded and extruded rubber products
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600 kg per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is two years.
