Properties: Sulfur flower anti-scorching agent CTP (PVI) is white crystal material (granular).
It is soluble in benzene and ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in gasoline, and insoluble in kerosene and water.
Usage: It can prevent the early vulcanization of rubber compound during processing, improve processing safety, and has almost no effect on vulcanization speed and the properties of vulcanizate. It can be used together with accelerators NS, M, DM, CBS and effective or semi-effective vulcanization systems to improve the properties of rubber compound. It has no adverse side effects such as foaming and pollution. It is mainly used in natural rubber and synthetic rubber, especially when used together with sulfenamide accelerators to form a good vulcanization system.

Storage: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight.
