Jingzhou Tianyi Fine Chemical Development Co., Ltd. was founded in March 2000. The registered capital is 1,500 million yuan. The enterprise covers an area of 38,900 Square meters. It is a S&T style chemical enterprise which integrate the S&t, development, production, and management. The enterprise is one of the Key 100 S&T New Style Enterprises in Hubei province and the National New and High-tech Enterprise. In 2003, the enterprise has been certificated by ISO9000 Quality Certificated System and it has been nominated as the Credit Units for many times. In 2007, it got the Hubei Province S&T Progress Award after the certification by Hubei Province S&T Department. In 2008, it is awarded as the Innovation Award of Middle and Small Size Enterprises. In May 2009, it is nominated as the Key Enterprises of Hubei Province Middle and Small Size Enterprises Training Program by Hubei S&T Department. In 2010, it was listed as the Post Doctorial Industrial Base by Hubei Personnel Office.

The act of the enterprise, Xu Chunyi, is a professor-grade senior engineer, the outstanding expert in Hubei province and a municipal CPPCC member. There are two experiment buildings and the building area can be 2,300 square meters. There is the first class Liquid-Mass Spectrometer, high efficient HPLC, gaseous phase Chromatograph, infrared spectrograph, ultraviolet spectrograph and all kinds of application equipments, and the production area can be 8,000 square meters and more than 100 sets of production, experiment and test instruments. The enterprise highlights the cooperation with abroad and it has taken part in the Exhibitions in the USA and the Europe several times. The FTE programs made by the R& D Center have served many groups in the west. It has got the income from the biology pharmacy and pharmacy intermediates R&D fields.
