This machine is to test the resistance of surgical masks to the penetration of synthetic blood under specified test conditions.

Features:
1.Mask fixture is a metal human head mold,can fully simulate the actual use of the mask state.
2.Metal head mold can be rotated at an angle, easy to clip the sample.
3.Specially designed injection control device, a certain amount of synthetic blood can be ejected within a controlled time.
4.The instrument uses an air source that provides(700±25)KPA stable air pressure.
5.It can simulate human blood pressure 10.6 KPA, 16.0 KPA, 21.3 KPA (i.e. 80 mm Hg, 120 mm Hg, 160 mm Hg)corresponding to the liquid injection rate test.
6.Providing a fixed target plate to block the high-pressure edge portion of the ejection liquid flow, only the stable flow portion is ejected onto the regional sample,which increases the accuracy and repeatability of the test.
7.This equipment uses imported special aluminum brushed panel, equipped with metal buttons, sensitive operation, not easy to damage.
