This machine is our best seller with its automatic operation and high production. It's mainly apply to produce PTFE gasket, PTFE washer, PTFE O-ring, PTFE idler wheel for microwave ovens, principal axis for microwave ovens, presser foot for sewing machine and PTFE electronic insulator etc.

Our Machine Advantage:
1. Full cover prevent the powder pollution(as we know raw material for PTFE is easy absorbing the dusty in the air, so must need full cover) degree( we put cooling systems for big barrel, small barrel and molding plate).
2. Panel use powder coating for prevent the surface and keep clean.
3. Having cooling systems inside the machine. Make sure the powder working temperature is around 22~24 degree, so that the powder will not paste
4. The breakage rate is controlled in 0.02%.
5. Full automatic, one person can take in charge for 10-15 sets PTFE molding machine.
6. It will self-stop while production quantity reaches to setting number
7. Easy operating, even new worker can operate it.
8. Simple design, easy removes and installs the die. It just needs 30 minutes to remove and install the die.
9. Using mechanical operating system, so its speed is faster than hydraulic system.
10. Big barrel can load 10KGS powder one time.
11. It will self-stop while the big barrel without powder or the production reaches to setting quantity.
