[Working Principle]

When the belt conveyor starts working, the cleaning device interlinks with the conveyor signal and immediately begins operation. The return belt passing over the cleaning machine is slowly pressed down by the automatic engagement-disengagement device, ensuring full contact between the belt's working surface and the water distribution softening roller and the cleaning system's scraper. Then, the solenoid valve opens, and purified water is evenly sprayed onto the belt surface through nozzles, washing and softening adhered material on the belt's working surface. Subsequently, the cleaning system's scraper gradually removes the material, achieving a clean belt surface. The cleared sludge and excess water are temporarily collected in the collection box below the equipment and then discharged at a fixed point by the spiral drainage system.

When the belt conveyor stops, the cleaning system ends its operation, and the automatic engagement-disengagement device disengages, returning the belt to its initial state.
