Even after the multi-protection system reaches the end of its service life, it can continue to perform the duties of the skirtboard, protecting the investment of the user. The multi-protection anti-spilling system features T-shaped fixing rubber blocks, and the skirtboard body is manufactured through a one-time integrated hot vulcanization process, making it compact, efficient, and sturdy. II. Features of the Anti-Spilling Skirtboard: 1. Skirtboard Material: Made from a composite of polyurethane and natural rubber, with the part in contact with the belt (providing the main sealing function) being polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast using imported powder material, offering better performance and longer service life compared to extrusion-processed polyurethane, without damaging the belt. 2. Sealing Effect: The skirtboard adopts a straight plate + skirt double-layer sealing integrated structure. The straight plate fits tightly against the side of the chute, with the bottom in contact with the belt to prevent material spillage. The skirt is flipped outward and can rotate within a certain angle, automatically tracking the belt through the elasticity of the rubber plate to maintain close contact and ensure sealing performance. 3. The sealing part of the skirtboard features a single-sided arc transition, which prevents damage to the belt and skirtboard when the belt deviates and allows automatic restoration to the original state. 4. The skirtboard on each side of the chute is made as a single unit, matching the length of the chute to prevent air leakage at the seams.
