Introduction to Conveyor Belt Water Cleaning Box

The cleaning box (i.e., conveyor belt washing device) is designed to remove materials adhering to the working surface of the conveyor belt, preventing them from sticking to the lower rollers, which could cause belt misalignment, spillage along the path, and dust generation. This avoids the accumulation of hard-to-remove ground debris and contamination of the working environment.

Working Principle

The cleaning box consists of three parts: a spraying system, a cleaning system, and a drying system. When the return belt enters the cleaning box, the support rollers and pressure rollers work together to ensure that the cleaner scrapes materials without shaking and without damaging the belt. First, water mist softens the caked materials on the belt surface. The primary tungsten steel cleaner scrapes off coarse materials, followed by a water-removing cleaner that scrapes off moisture. The third fine-material cleaner removes any remaining fine powder. Finally, the belt is dried with room-temperature high-pressure gas before exiting the box.

The water flows through a funnel into a small storage tank beside the machine and is continuously recirculated to the spraying system via a variable-frequency booster pump. This saves significant manpower and resources while achieving the environmental goal of wastewater recycling and reuse.
