HCC-1000 Buffer Bed Customizable Impact Resistance

A buffer bed consists of buffer strips and a buffer bed frame. Ordinary buffer beds rely on the rubber on the buffer strips to provide cushioning. Compared to buffer idlers, buffer beds have resolved most of the issues associated with the latter, but conventional buffer beds still have some shortcomings.

Ordinary buffer beds have a certain angle between the buffer strips, resulting in areas where the belt does not make contact. These blind spots may be punctured by sharp materials.
