The anti-spill skirt board for the guide chute features a double-layer structure. It is installed along the lower edge of the belt conveyor guide chute using a set of quick-clamping devices to seal the gap between the conveyor belt and the guide chute.

Installation Instructions:

1、The clamp and angle aluminum are used together, with two sets of clamps per meter.

2、The height of the anti-spill skirt board can be adjusted according to the actual dimensions of the guide chute. By incorporating a semi-solidified lubricant into the rubber, the issue of high anti-spill skirting damaging the belt has been resolved. This material is flexible and highly elastic, avoiding the drawback of polyurethane (PU) being不耐水 (not water-resistant), while providing effective protection without harming the conveyor belt.

1.The main body of the anti-spill skirting is black, made from a blend of rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). It maintains stiffness while enhancing elasticity, allowing the green multi-guard sealing strip to adhere closely to the conveyor belt. Even after the multi-guard system reaches the end of its service life, it continues to perform the function of the anti-spill skirting, protecting the investment of the user.

2.The installation of the multi-guard anti-spill rubber skirting is particularly convenient. Simply confirm the installation position, fix the mounting channel to the outside of the discharge chute using welding, riveting, self-tapping screws, or any other method, and then slide the T-shaped rubber block on the back of the multi-guard anti-spill skirting into the fixed channel.

3.The multi-guard anti-spill system, T-type fixed rubber block, and skirting body are manufactured through a one-time integrated hot vulcanization process, resulting in a compact, efficient, and sturdy structure. The T-type fixed rubber block on the back can be removed during production according to customer requirements to accommodate older installation methods.
