Feature Description

1. Apron Plate Material:

Made from a composite of polyurethane and natural rubber. The part in contact with the belt (providing the main sealing function) is polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast from high-quality imported powder, offering superior wear resistance and longer service life compared to extruded polyurethane, without damaging the belt.

2. Sealing Effect:

The anti-spilling apron plate features an integrated double-layer sealing structure with a straight plate and an apron edge. The straight plate fits tightly against the side of the chute, with the bottom in contact with the belt to prevent material spillage. The apron edge is flipped outward and can rotate within a certain angle, automatically tracking the belt through the elasticity of the rubber plate to maintain close contact, ensuring excellent sealing performance.

3. The apron edge sealing part adopts a single-sided arc transition, which prevents damage to the belt and apron edge during belt deviation and allows automatic restoration.

4. The apron plates on each side of the chute are made as a single unit, matching the length of the chute to prevent air leakage at the joints.

Usage Instructions

Quickly fix the apron plate using angle aluminum and clamps:

1. Angle aluminum (40mm×40mm) is formed by one-time pressing, made of full aluminum with an attractive appearance, rust-resistant, and features a round column at the top that locks into the clamp without detachment.

2. The clamp base is welded to the outside of the chute side, with the slide track embedded into the base, allowing the clamp to move appropriately left and right along the base.

3. Manually rotate the tightening handle and push it up (or down) to the end as appropriate to apply sufficient pressure on the angle aluminum, maintaining the apron plate position without loosening or detachment.

4. The clamp is hot-dip galvanized, lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and rust-free.
