Customized Y-Type Anti-Spilling Skirt for Sealed Guide Chute Coal Barrier Belt

The anti-spilling skirt is an automatic adjustment conveyor belt skirt system designed to prevent overflow and spillage. The Y-type anti-spilling skirt consists of a dual seal formed by the main seal and auxiliary seal. It is soft, wear-resistant, and fits closely to the belt through the elasticity of the sealing skin. The multi-layer protection of the main and auxiliary seals collects dust to achieve anti-spilling purposes.

The anti-spilling skirt can be manufactured with an integrated structure of a straight plate plus a T-type foot or a Y-type structure according to customer needs. The straight plate height is 0mm and can be adjusted as required. The T-type foot width is not less than 50mm (adjustable per customer requirements).

The anti-spilling skirt mainly consists of a sealing plate and a pressing component.

The anti-spilling skirt is composed of a vertical plate and side plates. The side plates have excellent flexibility, and the bottom surface of the vertical plate is an arc surface that contacts the belt. The side plates and vertical plate are integrated, providing a dual sealing effect with excellent sealing performance. The side seal height can be adjusted according to the distance between the belt edge and the guide chute. The high-quality side seal combines well with the belt, ensuring it does not extend beyond the belt edge and avoids cutting. The sealing groove of the side seal adopts a single-sided arc transition, preventing cutting of the side seal when the belt deviates and allowing automatic recovery. The pressing methods include butterfly nut locking and handle locking, which are convenient and quick to install and remove. The pressure on both sides of the angle steel can be self-adjusted to ensure even pressure and prevent the side seal from falling off.

Anti-spilling skirt material:

Made of polyurethane and rubber composite. The part in contact with the belt (serving as the main seal) is polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast from high-quality imported powder, offering superior wear resistance and longer service life compared to extruded polyurethane, and does not damage the belt.

2. Sealing effect:

The anti-spilling skirt adopts an integrated structure with a straight plate + skirt dual seal. The straight plate fits closely to the side of the guide chute, and the bottom contacts the belt to prevent material overflow. The skirt edge is flipped outward and can rotate within a certain angle. Relying on the elasticity of the rubber plate, it automatically tracks the belt, maintaining tight contact and excellent sealing performance.

3. The skirt edge sealing part uses a single-sided arc transition. When the belt deviates, it does not damage the belt or skirt edge and can automatically recover.

4. The skirt on each side of the guide chute is made as a whole piece, same length as the guide chute, to prevent air leakage at the seams.
