Customized Polyurethane Anti-Spill Skirtboard Y-Type 310*15mm

The anti-spill skirtboard is an essential mining accessory used for sealing between the conveyor belt and the chute, as well as between the impact bed and the chute. It fundamentally prevents material spillage on both sides of the chute and reduces dust concentration in the corridor.

It features a double-layer sealing design, with an inner edge guard and an outer skirt, forming a static dust cavity between the two layers, significantly enhancing the sealing effect and ensuring dust removal under negative pressure.

The straight plate of the anti-spill skirtboard fits closely against the chute, with the bottom contacting the conveyor belt. The skirt can rotate within a certain angle due to its outward flip design. Thanks to the elasticity of the rubber, it maintains continuous and tight contact with the conveyor belt, offering excellent sealing performance to prevent material leakage.

The double-seal anti-spill skirtboard is installed quickly using angle aluminum and clamps:

1. The angle aluminum is formed by one-time pressing, made of full aluminum, with an attractive appearance, rust-resistant, and designed as a round column that locks securely into the clamp without detachment.

2. The clamp base is welded to the outer side of the chute, with the slide track embedded into the base, allowing the clamp to move appropriately left or right along the base.

3. Manually rotate the tightening handle and push it up (or down) to the bottom as needed, applying sufficient pressure on the angle aluminum to maintain the skirtboard's position. The tightening handle remains secure and does not loosen or fall off.

4. The clamp is hot-dip galvanized, lightweight, with excellent anti-corrosion properties and rust resistance.
