Material of Anti-Spill Skirtboard:

Made of polyurethane and rubber composite, with the part in contact with the belt (serving the main sealing function) being polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast from high-quality imported powder material, offering superior wear resistance and longer service life compared to extruded polyurethane, and does not damage the belt.

2. Sealing Effect:

The anti-spill skirtboard adopts an integrated structure with a straight plate + skirt double-layer seal. The straight plate fits tightly against the side of the chute, and the bottom contacts the belt to prevent material spillage; the skirt flips outward and can rotate within a certain angle. Relying on the elasticity of the rubber plate, it automatically tracks the belt, maintaining close contact at all times, ensuring excellent sealing performance.

3. The skirt part of the skirtboard uses a single-sided arc transition. When the belt deviates, it will not damage the belt or the skirt, and can automatically return to its original state.

4. The skirtboard on each side of the chute is made into a single piece as required, with the same length as the chute, to prevent air leakage at the seams.

The anti-spill skirtboard is an automatic adjustment conveyor belt skirt system for spill and scatter prevention. The Y-type anti-spill skirtboard consists of a main seal and a secondary seal for double sealing. It is soft and wear-resistant, closely fitting the belt through the elasticity of the sealing skin. The multi-layer protection of the main and secondary seals collects dust to achieve spill prevention.

The anti-spill skirtboard adopts an integrated structure with a straight plate and T-type foot or Y-type structure, and can also be processed and produced according to the actual needs of customers. The straight plate height is 0mm and can be adjusted according to customer needs; the "T"-type foot width is not less than 50mm (adjustable according to customer requirements).

The anti-spill skirtboard mainly consists of two parts: the sealing plate and the pressing component.

The anti-spill skirtboard is composed of a vertical plate and a side plate. The side plate has good flexibility, and the bottom surface of the vertical plate is an arc surface that contacts the belt. The side plate and vertical plate are integrated, providing a double-layer sealing effect with excellent sealing performance. The side seal height can be adjusted according to the distance between the belt edge and the chute until it is appropriate. The high-quality side seal combines well with the belt, ensuring it does not exceed the belt edge and is not cut; the sealing groove of the side seal uses a single-sided arc transition, so when the belt deviates, it will not cut the side seal and can automatically return to its original state. The pressing methods include butterfly nut locking and handle locking, which are convenient and quick to install and remove. The pressure on both sides of the angle steel can be self-adjusted to ensure even pressure and prevent the side seal from falling off.
