Anti-spill skirtboard is an automatic adjustment conveyor belt skirt system designed to prevent spillage and scattering. Y-Type anti-spill skirtboard consists of primary and secondary seals forming a dual sealing mechanism. It is soft, wear-resistant, and fits tightly against the belt through the elasticity of the sealing strip itself. The multi-layer protection of the primary and secondary seals collects dust to achieve spill prevention.

The anti-spill skirtboard adopts an integrated structure with a straight plate and T-shaped foot or a Y-shaped structure, and can also be custom-produced according to customer needs. The straight plate height is 250mm (or processed based on actual dimensions), with a thickness not less than 20mm, adjustable as per customer requirements. The T-shaped foot width is not less than 50mm (adjustable according to customer specifications).

Some coal mining units use old conveyor belts as substitutes for anti-spill skirtboards to seal chutes, which can save production costs. However, old belts are not well-fitted, wear-resistant, or effective in sealing.

Users can freely cut the length of the anti-spill skirtboard according to their needs. The width generally ranges from 150-350mm, with a thickness of 15mm. The installation of rubber anti-spill skirtboards is particularly convenient. After confirming the installation position, fix the specialized mounting channel to the outside of the discharge chute using welding, riveting, self-tapping screws, or any other method. Then, slide the T-shaped rubber block on the back of the multi-guard anti-spill skirt into the mounting channel.
