Even after the multi-protection system reaches the end of its service life, it can continue to perform the duties of the anti-spill skirt, protecting the investment of the user. The multi-protection anti-spill system features T-shaped fixing rubber blocks, and the skirtboard body is manufactured through a one-time integrated hot vulcanization process, making it compact, effective, and sturdy. II. Features of the Anti-Spill Skirtboard: 1. Skirtboard Material: Made from a composite of polyurethane and natural rubber, with the part in contact with the belt (providing the main sealing function) being polyurethane. The polyurethane is cast from imported powder material, offering better performance and longer service life than extruded polyurethane, without damaging the belt. 2. Sealing Effect: The anti-spill skirtboard adopts a double-layer integrated structure of straight plate + skirt. The straight plate tightly adheres to the side of the guide chute, with the bottom in contact with the belt to prevent material spillage; the skirt flips outward and can rotate within a certain angle, automatically tracking the belt through the elasticity of the rubber plate, maintaining close contact with the belt for excellent sealing performance. 3. The skirt's sealing part features a single-sided arc transition, which prevents damage to the belt and skirt when the belt deviates and allows automatic restoration. 4. The skirtboard on each side of the guide chute is made into a single piece as required, matching the length of the guide chute to prevent air leakage at the joints.
