Polyurethane anti-spilling skirtboard is a strip-shaped, double-layered rubber sheet at the bottom. The part in contact with the belt needs to withstand significant friction over a long period, so we generally use polyurethane blocks for this section, as polyurethane offers excellent wear resistance.

The polyurethane blocks and rubber sheet are bonded using a hot vulcanization process, ensuring they can endure prolonged friction without separating from the rubber.

The rubber used in the anti-spilling skirtboard is synthetic rubber. During the vulcanization process, we incorporate a certain proportion of heat-resistant, aging-resistant, and wear-resistant additives such as styrene-butadiene rubber.
