Anti-spillage skirtboard is an automatic adjusting conveyor belt skirt system designed to prevent overflow and spillage. The Y-type anti-spillage skirtboard consists of a main seal and an auxiliary seal, forming a dual sealing structure. It is soft, wear-resistant, and fits tightly against the belt through the elasticity of the sealing skin. The multi-layer protection of the main and auxiliary seals collects dust to achieve the purpose of preventing overflow.

The anti-spillage skirtboard adopts an integrated structure of a straight plate with a T-shaped foot or a Y-shaped structure, and can also be processed and produced according to the actual needs of customers. The straight plate height is 250mm (or processed according to actual dimensions), with a thickness not less than mm, adjustable according to customer requirements. The width of the "T"-shaped foot is not less than 50mm (adjustable according to customer requirements).

The anti-spillage skirtboard for chute produced by our company is optimally designed based on the operating characteristics of the conveyor belt and the structure of the chute, incorporating the advantages of various types of anti-spillage skirtboards from both domestic and international sources;

3. The side seal can be adjusted according to the distance between the edge of the conveyor belt and the chute. The high-quality side seal combines well with the conveyor belt, preventing the side plate from being cut;

4. The sealing groove of the side seal adopts a single-sided arc transition, which prevents the side seal from being cut when the conveyor belt deviates and allows it to automatically return to its original state;

5. The pressing device can automatically adjust the pressure on both sides of the angle steel, ensuring even pressure and preventing the side seal from falling off;

6. Installation and adjustment are convenient and simple.

Coal mining units use worn-out belts instead of anti-spillage skirtboards as seals for chutes to save production costs. However, worn-out belts do not fit well, are not wear-resistant, and have poor sealing performance.

The length of the anti-spillage skirtboard can be freely cut by users according to their needs, with a width generally between 150-350mm and a thickness of 15mm. Other specifications can be custom-made as required. The anti-spillage skirtboard is fixed using special clamps. For every meter of anti-spillage skirtboard purchased, one meter of angle aluminum and two clamps are provided.
