The guide chute of the dust curtain adopts a sliding plate design (without side rollers), ensuring the coal conveyor belt runs straight on both sides. A sliding sealing device is installed between the bottom of the guide chute and the moving belt, effectively preventing dust from escaping along the sides of the belt. Multiple layers of dust-blocking soft curtains are installed at the outlet and within the guide chute, which contain and block splashed dust, achieving full enclosure of the guide chute. The dust curtain exhibits excellent weather resistance, meaning it has long-term resistance to extreme cold, heat, dryness, and humidity, as well as excellent corrosion resistance to rain, snow, and water erosion, significantly extending the service life of the sealing strip. It also demonstrates strong thermal aging resistance, meaning it is highly resistant to degradation from hot air exposure.

Traditional guide chutes and earlier enclosed guide chutes have different requirements for dust curtains. Why is natural rubber an ideal partner for guide chutes? Because natural rubber is a natural polymer compound primarily composed of polyisoprene, with the molecular formula (C5H8)n. Its composition consists of 91% to 94% rubber hydrocarbon (polyisoprene), with the remainder being non-rubber substances such as proteins, fatty acids, ash, and sugars. Natural rubber is the most widely used general-purpose rubber.
