Y-Type Anti-Spill Skirtboard with Dual Sealing Coal Guard

The anti-spill skirtboard is an automatic adjustment conveyor belt skirt system designed to prevent overflow and spillage. The Y-type anti-spill skirtboard consists of a main seal and an auxiliary seal, forming a dual sealing mechanism. It is soft, wear-resistant, and fits tightly against the belt through the elasticity of the sealing strip itself. The multi-layer protection of the main and auxiliary seals collects dust to achieve the purpose of preventing overflow.

The anti-spill skirtboard adopts an integrated structure with a straight plate and T-shaped foot or a Y-type structure, and can also be processed and produced according to the actual needs of customers. The straight plate height is 250mm (or processed according to actual dimensions), with a thickness of not less than 20mm, adjustable as per customer requirements. The T-shaped foot width is not less than 50mm (adjustable according to customer requirements).

The anti-spill skirtboard for the chute produced by our company is optimally designed based on the operating characteristics of the belt and the structure of the chute, incorporating the advantages of various types of anti-spill skirtboards both domestically and internationally.

1. The inclined surface of the vertical plate has the same angle as the buffer idler, featuring dual-layer sealing for effective sealing performance.

2. Made entirely of polyurethane material, it has a long service life and does not damage the belt.

3. The side sealing can be adjusted according to the distance between the belt edge and the chute. High-quality side sealing combines well with the belt, avoiding cutting of the side plate.

4. The sealing groove of the side sealing adopts a single-sided arc transition, which prevents cutting of the side seal when the belt deviates and allows automatic restoration to the original state.

5. The pressing device can self-adjust the pressure on both sides of the angle steel, ensuring even pressure and preventing the side seal from falling off.

6. Installation and adjustment are convenient and simple.

Some coal mining units use old belts instead of anti-spill skirtboards for sealing the chute to save production costs. However, old belts do not fit well, are not wear-resistant, and have poor sealing performance.

The length of the anti-spill skirtboard can be freely cut by users according to their needs, with a width generally between 150-350mm and a thickness of 15mm. Other specifications can be custom-made as required. The anti-spill skirtboard is fixed using specialized clamps. For every meter of anti-spill skirtboard purchased, one meter of angle aluminum and two clamps are provided.
