The anti-spill skirtboard consists of a vertical plate and side plates. The side plates have excellent flexibility, and the bottom surface of the vertical plate is curved to contact the belt. The side plates and vertical plate are integrated, providing a double-layer sealing effect with good sealing performance. It also has the advantages of being wear-resistant and not damaging the belt.

The side seal height can be adjusted according to the distance between the belt edge and the chute until it is appropriate. The high-quality side seal combines well with the belt, ensuring it does not exceed the belt edge and avoids being cut. The sealing groove of the side seal adopts a single-sided arc transition, which prevents the side seal from being cut when the belt deviates and allows it to automatically return to its original state.

There are two types of tightening methods: butterfly nut locking and handle locking. They are easy and quick to install and remove. The pressure on both sides of the angle steel can be adjusted independently to ensure even pressure and prevent the side seal from falling off.

Classification of anti-spill skirtboards:

Anti-spill skirtboards are divided into Y-type and T-type anti-spill skirtboards. These two types are also known as double-seal anti-spill skirtboards. They have inner and outer layers, with polyurethane blocks thermally vulcanized at the bottom. The addition of polyurethane significantly increases the wear resistance of the anti-spill skirtboard, while the rubber seals the chute, belt, and seal.

It is also important to note that the rubber and polyurethane of the anti-spill skirtboard must be thermally vulcanized. In contrast, cold bonding may cause the polyurethane to detach after long-term use.
