The dust barrier curtain is made of rubber and can also be customized according to customer requirements. The dust removal effect of the guide chute is relatively poor. The main reason is that the flow area at the outlet of the guide chute is too large (the outlet is almost open), allowing dust to escape freely without any resistance. To address this issue, measures have been taken to install dust barrier curtains at the outlet of the guide chute. After implementation, the dust removal efficiency of the guide chute has significantly improved, effectively controlling the free escape of dust and greatly reducing the mass concentration in the coal conveying trestle.

Dust reduction principle of the dust barrier curtain: The dust barrier curtain serves the following functions: blocking and filtering. Since the dust barrier curtain is suspended in the roadway, the coal dust carried in the air is blocked and captured when passing through it, thereby reducing the coal dust concentration. Additionally, due to the installation of a spray device in front of the dust barrier curtain, the captured coal dust is moistened by water droplets and washed down to the roadway floor, becoming settled coal dust that no longer floats.

Traditional guide chute sealing methods, such as using廢舊皮帶 (worn belts) or coal blocking leather, have disadvantages including high noise, poor wear resistance, heaviness, high equipment load, extensive maintenance, low operational efficiency, high production costs, and poor overall economic efficiency.
