Product Introduction

        High-current generator is a current source used for testing purposes, providing low-voltage, high-current power for thermal stability and dynamic stability tests of electrical appliances, such as temperature rise tests and tripping of air circuit breakers, contactors, and relays.

       Single-phase high-current generator should be operated phase by phase when testing three-phase systems;
       Three-phase high-current generator is mainly used for testing three-phase electrical products, but can also be used for single-phase electrical products. The control schemes for three-phase and single-phase high-current generators are the same, except that the three-phase generator outputs three-phase current.
       High-current generator consists of three parts: transformer, voltage regulator, and control unit.
       Operating time: Short-time duty
       At rated output: Operating time is 2.5 minutes;
       At 1/2 rated output: Operating time is 30 minutes;
       At 1/3 rated output: Operating time is 40 minutes;
       At 1/4 rated output: Can be used continuously;
       Applications:
             1. For tripping
             2. As a calibration power source
             3. For temperature rise tests
             4. As a low-voltage, high-current source for thermal and dynamic stability tests of electrical appliances
             5. Other applications requiring high-current support
             6. Output voltage of high-current generator: Generally 4-10V, custom outputs available upon request.
             7. Output current of high-current generator: 0-1000A

Product Features

       This product features a movable structure, consisting of an instrument indicator panel and an operation panel. The instrument indicator panel includes a selection switch (toggle switch) for large and small ranges, a green indicator light for power signal, and a red indicator light for operation signal. The operation panel consists of a start button (green), a stop button (red), and the operating system.
        The rear of the product has three terminals: "Input," "Output," and "Ground." The lower section includes the high-current output terminals of the generator (available in open-door and closed-door wiring styles).

Technical Parameters

       The capacity of this equipment is designed based on a 5-minute short-time duty cycle. For intermittent operation, the通電時(shí)間 should be less than 2.5 minutes, and the operating cycle should preferably exceed 10 minutes. The specifications and technical parameters are as follows:
